Terms of Service — Duyoon

By using Duyoon (the "App"), provided by HussDay Company ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App is a ledger for recording debts and accounts (owed to and by) for customers and suppliers, with reports, export, WhatsApp reminders, backup and an AI assistant. We may add, change or discontinue features.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and device lock secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

3. Your data

The data you enter is yours; we do not claim ownership. We handle it under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter other people's data (such as customer phone numbers) and for using it lawfully.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempt to hack, disrupt or circumvent licensing of the App or its services, or send spam or abusive messages through the WhatsApp reminder feature.

5. Backups

Google Drive backup is a convenience and we do not guarantee against data loss. Please verify your backups regularly and keep an extra export.

6. AI assistant

The assistant can make mistakes. Review figures and actions before relying on them. Its output is not financial, legal or accounting advice.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its logo and design belong to HussDay Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to use it. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or profits arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where HussDay Company is established.
