Privacy Policy — Duyoon

Duyoon (the "App") is provided by HussDay Company ("we"). It is a ledger for managing debts and accounts. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the control you have.

1. Data we handle

• Data you enter: account names (customers and suppliers), their phone numbers, entries, amounts and notes. Stored locally on your device in a local database.
• Your personal details: your name, phone number and email, if you provide them.
• Google account: your email and account identifier when you sign in with Google.
• License and device: a device identifier and license status, to link your device to your account.
• Backup and sync: if enabled, a copy of your data is saved to your own Google Drive, and Supabase is used for authentication, sync and licensing.

We do not collect your location, camera or microphone data, and we do not read your phone contacts.

2. How we use data

To run the App, sign you in, back up and restore your data, sync it across your devices, manage licensing, and power the AI assistant when you use it. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers.

3. Google sign-in and Google API Services

The App requests only these permissions:

• openid and email: to identify your account and sign you in.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file: to create the backup folder and access only the files created by the App itself. The App cannot see any other file in your Google Drive.

The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features in the App. We do not transfer or sell it, and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

4. AI assistant

When you use the assistant, your message and the context needed to answer it (for example relevant account or balance data) are sent to the selected model provider (Groq or Google Gemini) to generate a reply. Nothing is sent if you do not use it. Write actions run only with your confirmation.

5. Service providers

Google (sign-in, Drive); Supabase (authentication, sync, licensing); Groq and Google Gemini (AI assistant). Each has its own privacy policy.

6. Permissions

• Internet: sync, backup and sign-in.
• Biometrics: to unlock the App if you enable it. Handled by your device's operating system and never reaches us.
• Storage: to save exported files (PDF and Excel) to your downloads folder.
• Notifications: reminders for due dates.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and you can protect the App with a password and biometrics. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Retention and deletion

• Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• You can delete accounts inside the App and delete your backups from Google Drive directly.
• You can revoke the App's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To delete your account and the data stored on our services, email us below from your registered address; we will delete it within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and withdraw any consent at any time.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change and we will notify you in the App of material changes.
